The defendant shall not enter, frequent, or be involved with any legal or illegal gambling establishment, Internet gambling, Indian gaming or off-shore gambling, or activity during the period of supervision. The defendant shall sign a state-wide self-exclusion form for casinos within the State of Oklahoma or the state in which he/she resides during the period of supervision. If it is determined that the defendant has an addiction to gambling, upon Court approval, the defendant shall participate in a treatment program to address gambling addiction until such time as he/she is released from the program. The defendant may be required to contribute to the cost of services (copayment) in an amount to be determined by the probation officer, based on the defendant’s ability to pay.
