In the event the defense attorney or government has additional information or any objection to the presentence report, they should email this information directly to the officer who authored of the presentence report. The email address for that probation officer is contained in the “notice of electronic filing” of the draft presentence report. Any objection or additional information for the report should not be electronically filed by the attorneys in the case.

The probation office will docket any objections received and any responses to objections from opposing counsel, along with the Addendum to the presentence report.
